Our office hours vary depending on the season. For the most up-to-date hours, visit our Guest Dashboard!
+
Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?
Yes we do. We offer early and extended access for a fee. Early access (before check-in time) does not guarantee site/cabin will be ready or available at time of arrival. Extended access (after check-out time) does not guarantee guest will be able to stay on site/in cabin until departing from the Camp-Resort. Early access/extended access only guarantees access to the Camp-Resort and attractions, which requires parking in overflow. Access is based on availability – please call for info. We absolutely cannot accommodate access prior to 11am, so please plan your travel accordingly. Click to learn more about our cancelation policies.
+
When is check-in/out time?
Cabins: 4pm/11am
Campsites: 3pm/1pm

For 1 pet, there is a flat fee of $40. For 2 pets, there is a flat fee of $60. Pet owners are required to bring a crate(s) for their pets and are responsible for pet clean-up and noise control. For the safety of our guests, pets must be up to date on vaccinations. We reserve the right to remove hostile and disruptive pets from the park. View our Pet Waiver here.

Can my friends come and visit?
Absolutely! Guests must pay a visitor fee and the number of people per site cannot exceed 8. Please call for pricing.

Can I pitch a tent at my campsite with my RV?
Yes, you can! We allow 1 small, 2-man tent at every RV site (in addition to the RV). Unfortunately, we don’t allow tents at any of our cabin sites.

They are, but the beverage must be held in an unmarked container or koozie. This is a family-friendly Camp-Resort, so please be considerate of others and refrain from loud and unseemly language.
+
Are fireworks allowed?
With the exception of sparklers, fireworks are not allowed in Jellystone Park™.
+
Can I bring my own golf cart, motorized scooter, or ATV to the Camp-Resort?
For safety and liability reasons, guests are not permitted to bring any personal motorized vehicles, such as golf carts, into Jellystone Park™. While we do not like to be the fun police, guests found in violation of this policy may be asked to leave without refund. If you have a disability, you can bring your own golf cart, however, you must provide documentation for insurance and have a handicap placard.
