The Campfire Canteen offers guests quick service food such as hamburgers, pizza, and hand dipped ice cream. Team members in the Canteen take orders, process payments and prepare food for guests. They are also responsible for keeping the Canteen clean and fully stocked. Good customer service skills and the ability to operate a point of sale system and handle cash and credit card transactions are required. Experience in food service is helpful but not required.
Our housekeeping staff are responsible for keeping our cabins, bath houses and other facilities clean and ready for use by our guests. We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals with a strong attention to detail who take pride in a job well done. They must be able to work independently and take responsibility for their assigned facilities. Housekeeping team members must be able to climb stairs, bend to reach low areas and lift up to 50 pounds. In addition to their hourly wage, housekeeping team members may also receive tips from guests.
Lifeguards ensure the safety of our guests in our pool, on our water slides and at our interactive Splash Pad. Lifeguards must be attentive, have good customer service skills and be willing to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions. They must have current Lifeguard, CPR, and first aid certifications.
Rangers play a key role in helping guests enjoy their stay. They escort guests to their site or cabin and orient them to the park and its operation. Rangers answer guest questions, provide assistance, and ensure guests adhere to park rules such as quiet hours. They also deliver firewood, take care of minor maintenance issues, and pick up trash. Rangers should possess good interpersonal skills, a willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather and the ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. Experience with light maintenance is helpful but not required.
Providing fun, exciting experiences that create lasting memories for our guests is the focus of the recreation staff. They plan, organize, and lead a variety of activities including arts & crafts and field games. Recreation team members also staff activities such as Lazer Tag, ninja course and jumping pillow. They also dress in costume and perform as one of the park’s characters. We’re looking for dependable individuals who enjoy working with kids, can be enthusiastic, and are able to create a fun environment while also ensuring guest safety. Good customer service skills and the ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions are required.
Our reservations team is responsible for providing outstanding service to guests who call or visit the park. They answer phone calls and greet guests, provide information and answer questions in a friendly and helpful manner. They make reservations using our reservations software, check-in guests, and help orient them to the park and its facilities and activities. Great customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn and accurately use a computerized reservation system is essential.
The Camp Store offers a variety a merchandise including RV supplies, groceries, and gifts. Camp Store team members assist guests by answering questions, offering suggestions, and helping guests locate merchandise. They process payments using a point of sale system and are responsible for cleaning, organizing, pricing merchandise and stocking the store. Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to operate a point of sale system and handle cash/credit card transactions are required. Previous retail experience is helpful but not required.
